Turbine housing cast from stainless steel Inconel-alloy

Dieses Abgasgehäuse besitzt das kleinste A/R Verhältnis und sorgt so für ein bestmögliches Ansprechverhalten und ist daher für kleinvolumige Motoren bestens geeignet. Durch die V-Band Flansche ist das Gehäuse sehr kompakt und ermöglicht eine einfache Montage und Demontage. Das herausstechenste Merkmal ist allerdings die Edelstahllegierung. Damit passt das Gehäuse von den Materialeigenschaften perfekt zu Edelstahl Abgaskrümmern. Gleiche Ausdehnung, geringere Rissneigung und sehr widerstandfähig gegenüber Witterungs- und Alterungseinflüssen. Das Gehäuse lässt sich ebendo sehr gut schweißen. Das Gehäuse ist passend für das 60mm Turbinenrad mit 84er Trim. Das Gehäuse passt nicht auf den GT3071 mit der Nummer 700177-23. Bei dem Garrett GT3071R passt nur der 700177-22. Die passenden TiAl Flansche & Schellen führen wir ebenfalls im Programm.

Dieses Gehäuse besitzt ein internes Wastegate. Als Steuerdose kann die TiAL MVI 2.5 verwendet werden.

This turbine housing is made for to best turbo spool up and is the right choice for engines with small displacement. The housing comes with common V-Band flanges. Due to the V-band flanges, the housing is very compact and makes it very easy to install or change the turbo. The best thing about this turbin housing is the stainless steel alloy. Because of this choice of material the housings fits perfectly to the materials of stainless steel exhaust manifolds. It has the same heat expansion than the manifolds, less crack addiction and it is very resistent against aging and weathering. The housing material is very good for welding. Compatible with the 60mm 84 trim turbine wheel. Note: these housings will not work with the 700177-23 GT3071R CHRA, the heat shield is different, you must use the 700177-22 CHRA. We also offer the fitting TiAl flanges & clamps.

This housing comes with an internal wastgate. The TiAL MVI 2.5 can be used as vacuum actuator for the wategate.
